Hello Everyone,

With the recent change in Lancaster’s COVID-19 phasing, we wanted to update you on the changes within our practice. 

We will continue to operate on an appointment basis likely thru the rest of June; this may continue into July. We will provide an as our county continues to progress toward the next phase and we know more about any mandates we must adhere to.

Beginning today, June 8th, we will begin the following changes:

• Patients arriving for an appointment are asked to TEXT their name to our new text line (833-344-0120). Please wait in your vehicle until we text you back to come in.
• If you do not have a cell phone, or are unable to text, please peek your head in the door and we will assist you.
• We ask patients to continue to utilize our appointment link: https://www.picktime.com/d9230891-7631-487d-8237-26017caf9b3c , call or email.

Utilizing the text option will streamline the check-in process and should lessen our call volume. We also hope that it will help us transition into the next phase, once get there.

Office hours will resume as they are currently: Monday 9am-12pm & 2:30-7pm / Tuesdays12-2pm / Wednesday 9am-12pm & 2:30-6:30pm / Thursday 10am-12pm & 2:30-6:30pm.

Any future changes to our operations will continue to be communicated through email, Facebook, and texting.
